Channel Account Executive – DACH Region – Germany

Exciting news just in! Through natural expansion, our client is looking for a further Channel Account Executive(s) to join our client’s team in the DACH region. 

The role of the Channel Executive will be to help grow our client’s business through further Channel Partners and helping partners succeed with one of the most exciting modern SaaS brands in the market. Considered an Evangelist and Subject Matter Expert, the chosen candidate will be an ambassador of the brand and will be able to convey the Whole Product Experience seamlessly. 

Using new and existing metrics to measure success; bookings, retention and on-time targets – Together with Channel partners, the role is perfectly balanced, utilising excellent relationships for not just meeting, but exceeding pipeline targets. This role will be working with our clients Tier 1 partners as well as the opportunity to grow other new and existing key partners.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Develop and Execute channel business plans to scale and grow business with key stakeholders with partnered businesses, as well as DACH development partners and executive assigned quotas
  • Building a new partner landscape in the DACH region
  • Keeping high-level relationships with key members and C-Level contacts
  • Deliver our Client’s Partner Program and ensure the right execution with partners including the Sales Readiness training
  • Working closely with the Channel Enablement Team (Both Sales and Technical) to ensure alignment of goals and achievement
  • Connect decision makers and the Sales teams for further engagements
  • Attending Trade-shows, in person or online to ensure vertical marketing is appropriately presented and that offerings are fairly communicated to customers and prospects
  • Identify customer needs and work with internal Product Management to ensure further or new features and benefits for their needs
  • Creation of Campaigns – Working with DACH and EMEIA Marketing teams to create relevant content for generation programs with key Channel Partners
  • Creation of surveys, interviews and briefings to ensure and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Experience with Salesforce ideally, however another Client Management Software would be helpful
  • Delivering core values of the business – Highly Moral, Ethical and Legal standards
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace for all
  • Excellent Comms; Languages – German and English (Business Level)
  • Willingness to travel across the DACH regions – up to 60% (post COVID)

This role would suit someone with 3-5 years of Channel Account Executive / or Channel Management experience. However, we would also consider a more senior profile with 8-10 years of experience too.

Location – Germany, with travel required

Salary – Circa 120K Euros OTE (A more senior profile would also be considered, salary Depending on Experience) + Holiday + Car allowance
