CHECK Team Leader / Security Consultant / Security Specialist / Penetration Testing / Pen Test/ CHECK Team Leader (Application) / CTL / APP / INF

Through further expansion, a wholesome opportunity has arisen for a CHECK Team Lead to work within a leading- and cutting-edge Cyber Security provider.

Delivering under the CHECK scheme, and to the highest of CHECK standards, this successful team player would be working closely with the Head of Cyber to deliver the following test types to clients:

-       Vulnerability assessments

-       Penetration tests

-       Device build reviews

-       Red team assessments 

Being a strong communicator and expert within your field, recommendations and advice to both technical and non-technical audiences (Including C level) are all within your consulting nature. Specialising in web application pen tests, the chosen candidate would be able to conduct source code reviews and to write scripts and develop applications that automate tasks for the team.

Main Duties would include:

-       Conducting technical security tests against information systems or products for vulnerabilities

-       Ensuring any testing activity is lawful and compliant with regulations within the client’s scope

-       Using a range of penetration tests using analytical and systematic approaches

-       Execute a series of tests to validate the security of a system or product using the knowledge of config errors, coding flaws and vulnerabilities

-       Assist / support red team engagements

-       Working closely with the Head of Cyber for developing new service lines

-       Mentoring junior members of the team

Important Information:

- CHECK certification needs to be active 

- Able to be UK GOV security cleared to SC level.

- Remote working

- Salary is DOE Potentially up to £95,000 + Benefits
