Development Manager - Montreal, Canada

Working within the customer product delivery team you would be working closely with both the Programme Manager and the Technical Delivery Director in shaping the implementation and visions of the team, as well as delivering products to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities;

-Leadership and line management of medium to large engineering teams, including Development Leads, Senior Software Engineers, SA’s and QA

-Responsibility for the configuration of the products, delivering of new features, QA and providing the build for production

-Senior Stakeholder Liaison

-AGILE working 

-Implementing and evolving the team working processes

-Using metrics to capture analysis of delivery and quality improvement 

-Ensuring best practise, techniques and technology

-Accountability for ensuring the best quality of implementation, deployment, security and stability

-A point of escalation for production issues/queries

-Motivation and vision for the team

This is well suited to someone who has existing experience of highly technical team(s), are an excellent communicator and someone with a good drive and vision. 

Type – Permanent – $150,000 CAD + Ultra amazing benefits! (very generous Holiday) 

Location – Montreal; however, there is flexibility with remote working potential
