Enterprise Customer Success Manager – India
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Nasdaq business within Enterprise markets.
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager’s (ECSM) goal is to deploy our client’s portfolio products to drive customer engagement, adoption and retention.
Working closely with customers to ensure overall satisfaction through business reviews, success planning and supportive guidance.
ECMSs are advocates for the customer inside our client and will collaborate with other departments to help achieve their customer’s goals.
