Enterprise Customer Success Manager – India 

 

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Nasdaq business within Enterprise markets.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager’s (ECSM) goal is to deploy our client’s portfolio products to drive customer engagement, adoption and retention.

Working closely with customers to ensure overall satisfaction through business reviews, success planning and supportive guidance.

ECMSs are advocates for the customer inside our client and will collaborate with other departments to help achieve their customer’s goals.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage customer satisfaction through exceptional service, ensuring retention and satisfaction
  • Maintain trust and advisory with the customer, recommending workflows and environmental best practices
  • Understand and promote the value of our client’s products and services
  • Promoting customer needs or issues, across departments on behalf of the customer
  • Conduct scheduled meetings with stakeholders and record progress on projects as well as relevant forward planning
  • Work cross-departmentally to advocate customer needs or any potential issues
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for customer growth and engagement with our client.

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Fluency in both English and Hindi (Required)
  • Experience in communicating on technical projects to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing account management
  • Proven ability to provide successful outcomes to high-touch and high-value customers
  • Customer Relationship Management tools and case management solutions (Gainsight/Salesforce)
  • Team Player
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Proven track record in driving adoption and risk identification in order to facilitate customer renewals.
