We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join the New Logos team in Amsterdam.
Proving leadership, empowerment and guidance to individual contributors and helping them develop new ways of finding new business and closing current opportunities. The leader will have a broad sales expertise and a proven track record in reaching targets, using their skills to contribute to company objectives and principles.
Using experience, this leader won’t be afraid of creating effective ways to maximise results and team motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Leading Account Executives to close opportunities and prospects in your territory
- Collaborating with your team and management to develop and monitor compensation plans and targets
- Ensuring your team are proactively approaching key prospects and correctly positioning product ranges and exposure
- Pushing effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Retaining and attracting new talent – Also ensuring smooth collaboration and team bonding
- Forecasting and pipeline projections
- Working closely with the Senior Inside Sales Manager to determine direction, process improvement and maximum efficiency of the team
- Working closely with extended departments and teams internally
- Coaching the team but also coaching internal and external resources through the pipeline and requirements
- Developing other team members into their goals and career prospects/path
- Ensuring core values, mission and purpose of the organisation is held at high morality
- Supporting a positive and inclusive workplace – Keeping the current talent strong and supported
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 3+ Years of sales experience in international markets
- Driven and capable of inspiration
- Proven track record in leading a sales team(s), including recruitment, onboarding and development.
- Strong business understanding and acumen
- An Empathic mindset
- Complex problem solving and patience
- Self-organising
