Our client believes that the France tech scene holds highly desirable opportunities and partnerships for the future, so with the support of the wider business, the chosen candidate will take ownership of the France territory and bring a consultative, not bullish, level of value to future clientele.

 

The Specific areas that the ideal candidate would be experienced in are; People Management, a seasoned professional in Channel Sales and one who is looking always to self improve.

 

Role responsibilities:

- Understanding technical landscapes and competitive technologies  

- Leading, supporting and mentoring the local-based Sales team. Ensuring team members are working clearly towards their quarterly targets.

- Creating and maintaining relationships in the area - Ensuring mindset growth of product range but also learning prospects platforms and growth strategies

- Working with the clients to create near-term and long-term solutions across the Whole Product Experience to meet customer expectations  

- Structure and negotiate sales agreements

- Working with Marketing, Sales Development and Channel teams for pipeline generation 

- Create and maintain relationships with Managed Service Providers, Integrators and Key Resellers in the region

- Manage Territory Sales Campaigns

- Using Salesforce.com to manage sales account activities

- Able to create ones own goals for direct reports and quarterly MBO's

- Able to accurately forecast on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

- Able to travel

 

The skils desired:


- Languages; fluent in English and French

- 7 years of working in a SaaS environment
- 3 years in a Regional Sales Manager Role, including managing people
- Must have experience in selling indirectly via Channels

- Experienced in Selling methodologies

- Enterprise Environments

- Engaging presentation skills

- Able to manage multiple accounts at one time

- Strong Leadership and high expectations of oneself and their team

Type of employment - Permanent (French Contract)

Salary - Circa €175,000 (60:40) + 25 Days holiday ( and Public holidays) + Car allowance
