Sales Director (Enterprise) - Stockholm, Sweden (Or Remote from Sweden)

We have the absolute pleasure of bringing to the market a highly desirable position within a Global, NYSE listed business and market leader.

Due to organic expansion within the Nordic Markets; we are looking for ambitious and motivated Enterprise Account Managers / Sales Directors to expand the company’s existing market share across the Regions. 

The role of a Sales Director (SD) is to liaise with existing business and to seek new Enterprise clients, and further; the role of the SD is also a SaaS Evangelist and a Subject Matter Expert to these clients. 

Confidently able to convey the value of the whole product experience.

Responsibilities:

 - Target new Enterprise Clients 

 - Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns accordingly, selling with the Value Framework, closing the deal

 - Lead the entire Sales Cycle from initial opportunity to the final outcome

 - Growing existing relationships to a more strategic position within Key Accounts and able to prescribe short-term and long-term solutions within the Product offerings to achieve customer and client goals

 - Create sales with the Whole product offering across the geographical remit

 - Manage Enterprise Sales campaigns whilst working with a diverse set of Stakeholders and strategic partners

 - Using Internal and competitive data to benchmark own sales performance and to determine a strategy

 - Engage with sales ecosystem and partners in support of the sales

 - Participate in internal meetings to collaborate with supporting ecosystem on opportunities, resolving customer issues, share best practices, and working with cross-functional teams.

 - Consciously adhering to the business's core values, high moral and ethical standards. 

 

Skills Required:
 

 - Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish Language is a must

 - 5 years of demonstrable experience at a Software / SaaS Organisation

 - Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts and lengthy sales cycles

 -  Experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level

 - Reliably hit’s targets with high energy

 

Highly Desirable Skills:

 - Analytical ability; Knowledge of how to use and interpret CRM data to drive better performance

 - Worked in entrepreneurial environments

 - Training in “solution” or “customer-centric” selling

 - Understanding of Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM)

Type of employment - Permanent (Swedish Contract)

Salary – OTE 2.4M SEK Uncapped (800-1.2m SEK base) 50:50 split. Benefits include competitive Holiday + Car allowance (7K).
