Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead – Up to £58,000 (Remote, London or Leeds)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Nasdaq business within the entertainment industry.

Our client is looking for a Scrum master, likely with up to 3 years of experience to join the Agile delivery teams.

The types of responsibilities would include helping to remove impediments to the Scrum Teams progression and helping the Scrum team focus on high-value increments that meet the definition of done.

Ensuring the Scrum events are productive and positive – Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal Definition and Product Backlog management.

Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.

Represent the Scrum teams at various organisational level processes and events when required.

Skills Required:

-       Existing experience as a Scrum Master

-       Good Leadership skills, ability to motivate, support and drive at a team level

-       Excellent communication skills – Written and Oral

-       Working within a fast and Agile environment

-       Knowledge of Jira or other tools

-       Prior experience with Software Engineering is preferred
